One enquiry queueCRM beside the replyA clear next step

For teams handling customer enquiries with sales context and a clear next owner.

The customer is waiting while your team catches up.

The message is in one place. The customer record is in another. Ownership is still being worked out in internal chat. Bring the enquiry, CRM context and next piece of work into the same customer conversation.

A reply without the relationship

The person answering has to ask the team for context the customer has already provided.

Everyone can see it. Nobody owns it.

A shared queue needs a clear way to find enquiries that still need someone to take responsibility.

The follow-up lives somewhere else

A useful conversation loses momentum when the next piece of work has no visible owner or task.

Understand the enquiry. Decide who takes it forward.

This customer workflow combines Conversations, CRM and Tasks. The scenes show imported demonstration history; sending requires a configured customer channel.

Read with context

Bring the relationship into the conversation.

The person handling an enquiry needs the customer story as well as the latest message.

Keep the thread beside the CRM lead, conversation owner and linked follow-up task. Review what the customer is asking and the next step already recorded by the team.

Review the waiting queue

Make the waiting enquiry someone’s next priority.

An unanswered enquiry needs a responsible person before it needs another internal handoff.

Use the Unassigned queue to review the request and its CRM context. The Assign control provides a clear next action for choosing who should handle the conversation.

A few things to know.

Is this the same as internal team chat?

No. Conversations is for customer enquiries and replies. Teamwork provides internal channels, direct messages and discussions attached to business records.

Does this customer workflow include CRM?

Yes. The setup shown combines Inbox, CRM and Tasks: lead and deal context comes from CRM, and follow-ups use Tasks. Contacts and companies belong to the shared platform. This page presents that connected workflow, rather than promising every feature through Inbox alone.

Which channels can we connect?

Nextora includes connections for Gmail, Outlook, Telegram, WhatsApp Business, Instagram, SMS and telephony. Each channel needs its own provider or account setup; review the channels you need during onboarding. Customer bot channels include the website widget and Telegram.

Can we add customer-facing AI?

Connect AI Chatbot for its builder, knowledge sources and customer channels. Configure the flow and permitted actions, then use the playground, run traces and bot exam to review responses and human handoffs before publishing.
